Please call Louisa County Dispatch to report items that require attention during off-hours, but are not life-threatening situations. There is a Standard Operating Procedure where the Dispatcher will notify appropriate BRS Staff Members to respond.

BRPOA Board Meetings are held the second Saturday of every month at 9:00AM in the office. There is no Board Meeting in December.
All members are encouraged to attend in person or virtually. Virtual access instructions are emailed prior to the meeting. If you’re not receiving these emails, please contact the office.
Trash Collection Schedule
Trash is now being picked up on Mondays Only. We would respectfully request that when you place your container out for service to place it on the opposite side of the driveway than your mailbox. The mail delivery people have requested this be done in order for them to complete their job.
A reminder that no large items including empty boxes will be picked up. Only Updike toters are supposed to be used and no yard waste or limbs will be picked up! Please move your container from the normal storage place in order for the driver to realize it requires service and then place or have it placed back away from the roadways.
Golf Carts
In order to register your Golf Cart, you must bring your proof of insurance to the Association Office to obtain a BRS Golf Cart decal. We also need to see that you have the safety decal displayed on the back. The yearly fee is $50.
STOP Hydrilla!
INSPECT your boat & trailer (also motor, trailer wheels, water well) if it’s been in other waters. Don’t bring in hydrilla hitchhikers.
REMOVE hydrilla fragments away from the shoreline where rain can wash it into Lake.
Hydrilla is a serious concern because its a fast growing invasive weed that can choke out our Lake and can have negative impacts to boating, swimming, and fishing.
If you see hydrilla growing, don’t remove it and call the office.
